In 2017 we had 316 companies, 551 registered attendees and all exhibit spaces were SOLD OUT. In 2018 we are expecting even bigger turnouts due to 2017 success. So sign up to Exhibit early to guarantee best locations. Exhibiting is by far the best way to attract customers to your company. If you have never exhibited, we can help and show you how to do it. And being a local Expo, this is by far a better ROI.

Prices below are the base prices. Exhibitors MUST be able to set up their booth on Wednesday September 26th from 7AM to Noon (no exceptions) as the hall is not available the day before.

Custom booth spaces can be tailored to your needs and will receive location considerations, depending on the size requested.

10x10 Exhibitors are not allowed to share a 10x10 space in order to split the cost. Two or three companies may share a 20x10 space (but not more).

All Exhibitors are encouraged to get the word out to everyone in the A&D Industry. If your marketing efforts bring the Expo other exhibitors you will get a rebate applicable towards your booth space. Please
