Smartphone App that will help you work smarter and network like never before...

  • Our website allows each exhibitor to include all their company's information, such as contact info, links to their website, products they manufacture (with pictures and videos), capabilities and certifications they have. Our state of the art system will recommend which other attendees or exhibitors you should meet with based on a match of your capabilities and their interests and you will then request/accept appointments accordingly.

  • Exhibitors may also request appointments with other Exhibitors, Conference attendees or Sponsors based on their online profile, regardless whether the system suggested it or not. Exhibitors will have access to everyone's profiles that have registered, thru the website and thru the Smart Phone APP.


  • Exhibitors get access two weeks before the Expo to request and accept appointments. Exhibitors can schedule meetings with other Exhibitors or Conference Attendees (non-exhibitors).


  • By the time the Expo begins Exhibitors should ideally (hopefully) have 10-20 appointments, in a written schedule, before arriving at their booth or accessible on the smartphone app.

  • The system allows three 15 minute appointments per hour, with 5 minutes to get to the next appointment. For space reasons, we recommend you only have one appointment at a time for every 10x10 booth space. So that you may dedicate your attention to each customer appropriately.

  • The system is customizable to allow you to decide what times you will take them and when you will not (if you choose to have a quiet lunch or meet with customers). It is very flexible.

  • During the 2 weeks prior to Expo, we recommend you engage your confirmed prospects, identifying their needs and be prepared to answer their questions, have product or drawings on hand, develop a new application or if possible bring a quote to review with them. This requires pro-active preparation and pays off big dividends making the most of the Expo. Maturing the conversation in this manner will save having to take another trip to meet with the customer and consequently just a single appointment will pay for the exhibit costs!

  • Some OEMs or Tier 1 & 2s will not exhibit, but just attend to meet with those exhibiting, thus keeping expenses low in order to bring more buyers. OEMs (VIPS) are able to request appointments from anyone.
